Introduction to Mediation in the work place

A new course designed as an introduction to mediation methods.

Course Description

This is a course designed for beginners and gives a "taster" of mediation methods. The course is covered over 4 hours with a 15min break part way through. Literature on external organisations will be provided after the course by the course leader. If you have any special requirements please confirm.
